On Monday morning in the half term, I woke up and found that a glossy, silver, metallic mirror was right before my eyes. It stood there sturdily. Too sturdily. It frightened me so I started yelling.

I was yelling so loudly that the miraculous mirror was starting to shake. It shook, and shook and shook. Then it suddenly stopped. I stopped too, like a paused TV programme. Then the metallic masterpiece shivered and shattered into hundreds of pieces.
