If he says anything like: "Hiya" awkwardly, then try to make him like you like saying: "I love how you've done your hair" or: "Are they new shoes?". Then if you do that for a few days, he might ask you out! If he doesn't, then you keep doing it again and again. If you get sick of it, why don't you pluck up courage to ask HIM out!
