| The Hannah Montana starlet turns 17 TODAY! Can you believe it? Miley will be celebrating with friends and family on her day while they gear up to rock out Charlotte, North Carolina tomorrow night. Last year, Miley held her Sweet 16 at DisneyLand in Anaheim, Calif., with all of her Disney friends including BFF Demi Lovato. But that wasn’t all, Miley also was surprised backstage at the 2008 American Music Awards by gal pals Taylor Swift and Ashley Tisdale.              Happy Birthday Miley!!!!!
