My wrists and ankles are cut
From the chains that bind me here
I'm in pain, yet I dont feel it
I'm depressed, yet I conceal it
Time stands still,
In this endless void of nothingness
And Life passes me by
I have nowhere to run to,
And nowhere to hide

Please help release me from these chains
And set me free again
Please rid me of all this sorrow,
And all this dreadful pain
And once I'm free I'll be happy
For we'll be friends once more
I'll be able to express myself,
to spread my wings and soar.

I actually wrote the original in my Journal so I do feel this way sometimes, if not most of the time. But nothing to worry about! :)
